In the commotion of the moment, the decorative was inadvertently placed and sealed inside the envelope pre-addressed to the county recorder’s office, while the official license was placed in an identical-looking folder …. going home with Grandma.
I recently had an encounter with a Bridezilla. Durring the dress fittings for my wedding last year, my bridesmaids and I were trying on our dresses and making sure they all fit correctly and making any last minute alterations. Granted we bought our dresses at a high end store but what we encountered we never expected. We were almost done with our dresses when this rich, selfish girl came in, she must have been in her ealry 20’s, she was with her bridesmaids and demanded that me and my party leave (using explicit words) because it was her turn to find a dress. The store owner politely explained that we were almost finished and that her appointment was not for another 20 minutes, she threw such a fit because she had another appointment (like it was our fault she scheduled them so close) that me and my party decided to just leave. The poor store owner was horrified. Some people just feel they are entitled to special treatment.
