Glam Wedding Hairstyles

Posted by: Denise In: Bridal Gowns & Fashion

Take a peek at these glam wedding hairstyles for inspiration for your own wedding ‘do!

Volume on top and soft curls cascading downwards offers a glamorous take on a classic hairstyle. To keep the look sleek, look for a hair product that will keep locks in place without making it dry or stiff. A drop of shine serum wouldn’t hurt, either!

This classy updo is very simple to create, and gives a glamorous look to a hairstyle that is surprisingly “unstructured.” Create a ponytail high on the top of your head, fan it out, and tuck the ends under. Sweep a few tendrils to the side and tuck behind you ear. Finish with a jeweled hair piece and you’ll look fab for all those wedding photos!

A simple hairdo can still be glamorous as this easy look proves! Long haired ladies can keep their locks sleek and shiny with a shine serum; sofly curl the ends with a small barrel curling iron for visual appeal, as well. Add a fancy hairpiece like in the photograph and no one will notice that you don’t have a “fancy” ‘do!

The severity of this style is actually softened with the mop of curls and adds an amazingly glam touch to your wedding day attire. Use hot rollers to add curl and tie your hair up into a high ponytail. Divide into four sections, secure with bobby pins, and mist with a lightweight hair spray. Voila! Instant wedding hair without the hassle.

Glamorous wedding hairstyles don’t have to be difficult. As these photographs show, you can have a gorgeous ‘do that is classy without being a hassle.

Best Bridezilla Stories

One of my cousins got married last year and I was a bridesmaid in her wedding. About 2 weeks before the wedding the bride calls me up to ask me if I would mind not wearing my engagement ring at her wedding since it would distract people from looking at her ring, and she really didn’t want anyone in the bridal party sporting jewelry bigger than hers. Can anyone beat that bridezilla request?? — Alexis
